Mother to her own modern tribe of a fish, 3 chickens, 1 husband and 2 very busy boys, Alessandra Gutierrez, founded the children’s clothing line Lala’s Pequenos. She is also an owner of the Rainmaker Conservation Project, a 1500 acre rain forest located in Costa Rica.

She recently opened Confetti Studios with a friend, a creative studio where she teaches adult and teen sewing classes.  

At any given time, you can find her researching, sewing, mediating, meditating, pontificating and drinking a good glass of wine.
